How far in advance should I place my order?
We ask that you give us at least 4 weeks in advance. We are a one person operation so orders are limited. We ask that you get in touch with us asap when you know the event date and details.
How are your cookies packaged and how long do they last?
We individually heat seal each cookie. Cookies stay fresh for up to 3 weeks.
Did you go to culinary school?
I did not! I have been baking sweets for as long as I can remember, it has always been a passion of mine. I have taken online courses for decorating cookies and still continue to watch videos and teach myself new techniques.
What happens if my cookies break or smudge?
Once cookies are in the customers hands , we are not responsible for any damages made.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, Venmo (brittney-brien) or checks made out to Brittney Brien.
Where are you located and how do we receive our order ?
We are located in North Andover, MA. We do contactless porch pick up.
